This 100-question survey is designed for mid-market companies ($10M - $500M) seeking to assess their IT functions in support of customer experience and operational efficiency. As organizations reach a certain scale, the ad hoc and entrepreneurial approach that previously drove success often needs to give way to increased structure and formal processes. Survey results will indicate a maturity level (on a scale from 1 to 5) for each IT function as well as for the organization overall.
Complete the survey using the Microsoft Form link below. You will receive your results within 48 hours. The maturity definitions are below.

Where do you start? Your business has day to day challenges with customers and procurement. These can make it hard to identify and work on the long term challenges your business is facing. The Prioritization Workshop is a series of activities focused on individual business processes to create a path to realizing big picture goals for your business
Regardless of the size of business there are different functional areas with their own interdependent processes. We will work with you employees and managers to identify these processes.
All processes need a baseline of maturity: example: invoices are sent out in a timely manner. After the baseline, your business has processes which are more important to the success of your business then others. We will work with you to rate each process for maturity vs importance, then chart the processes on a quadrant.
The focus of this exercise is on the processes in the upper left quadrant. Those highly important and low maturity processes. We will create an improvement plan to mature the process through re-imagining the process, adding IT tools, automations, documentation and training.
We understand processes are interrelated and improvement might take several steps. We will collaborate with your employees, managers and leadership to develop a 12- 18 roadmap for process improvements.
